SEMI-AUTOMATIC steam distilling unit Suitable for
AOAC, EPA, DIN, ISO

Specifications
Steam distilling unit equipped by automation of the various work phases and with high features of reliability and safety.
Useful for determinations of ammonia nitrogen, proteic nitrogen, (Kjeldahl or direct alkaline distillation), nitric nitrogen (after reduction), phenols, volatile fatty acids, cyanides, sulphur dioxide, alcohol content, etc. in cereals, food and feed, water, soil, sludges, sediments and chemicals.
The patented steam generator using deionized water can produce 100 ml of distillate in only 4 minutes without any maintenance.
An automatic device reduces the consumption of cooling water.
An innovative system permits the use of test tubes with different heights or Kjeldahl flasks up to 500 ml capacity.
A safety device warn about the lack of the test tube in position, the non closure of the front protection and the absence of the cooling water.
10 different program menus are available for the most important parameters required for a distillation and the access to the menus, in 5 different languages, is very simple and intuitive.
The unit can be connected to a printer or a PC for recording all the data related to a performed work according to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).

Epoxy painted inox steel structure and thermoplastic protection studied and tested in order to give to the instrument an excellent resistance to the attacks from chemical and mechanical agents and corrosion in general
Possibility to use distillation tubes different in diameter and length and Kjeldahl flasks of 500 ml
